Withdrawal Policy:

• I understand that there are no refunds for paid tuition after the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee for any reason and that this policy is non-negotiable.
  
  
• I understand that I must withdraw my child from Inspire Dance Arts via THIS FORM ONLY and that: 
  1. Not attending classes does not imply notice of withdrawal.
  2. Communicating withdrawal in person will not be accepted.
  3. Communicating withdrawal over the phone, voicemail or text message will not be accepted. 
  4. Communicating withdrawal via social media channels will not be accepted. 
     
     
• I understand that if I want to stop the automatic tuition on the 1st of the month, I will withdraw at least 72 hours in advance via this form (by the 28th of the month).
